I want to take a moment to appreciate the effort you made with me which has helped me overcome the cycle of negativity that I was in previously. I have seen positive changes in my thought process, in how i feel about facing a new day and how I interact with people around me. I understand that everyday requires self counselling and accountability and with your help I have a direction for doing that now. I have also gained a perspective working with you about what therapy can be like as this was a very unique and quick process. I also appreciate how I want required to focus on my past experiences and was required to work more on how I thought, felt and wanted to improve. That made it very easy to be myself without reservations and actually work on problem solving. Thank you for helping me through this.
